Harlow Cabin is located on Elliott Creek Road above the Applegate Dam on Forest Service . It was built and lived in from the 1930s. This study by Jeff LaLande is meant to serve both as documentation for the Forest Service as a "guiding document for assisting the agency's ongoing work at the Harlow Cabin" Since this was written the cabin had deteriorated considerably and the Forest Service has failed to keep it maintained.
