July 1972 Renewal Days, Urban Renewal

There are two clips to this film:

1) The first clip is titled Urban renewal. It features a group of men sitting around a large table discussing apparently Urban Renewal.

2) The second clip is titled Renewal Days. It features a rock band performing under the freeway seemingly near Hawthorne park. There are picnic tables and a group of people sitting in the grass listening to the band.
