SOHS Film 2071 ~ January 1971 Men Digging in Snow, Talent Oregon

This film has two clips:

1) The first clip shows men digging snow out around some sort of tower

2) The second clip shows the Talent Oregon City Hall building that was built in 1899. They appear to be moving papers and documents. The clip then shows a police officer and his office.
