This film contains Two clips:

Clip 1: The first clip appears to be a breakfast meeting. Lots of men gathered around tables with coffee & pace settings. Lots of smoking. 

Clip 2: Is titled River Clean Up. The clip starts out with a man standing beside a river boat. Next it shows beer cans among the flowers. Next it shoes the river.
