This film has two clips: 

Clip 1: The first clip is of Wilson Elementary School in Medford, Oregon Tour around the facility.

Clip 2: The second clip appears to take place at possibly Lake of the Woods. It is a bunch of Skin divers in a class to learn how to skin diver.
