This film has four clips:
1) The first clip is a meeting. It looks to be a school type meeting because of the folding chairs.
2) This clip is about the Red Cross. It starts out outside the building. When they go inside, the clip becomes dark. You can see people moving about, but you can not see who oar what they are doing.
3) The third clip shows a building being finished. It appears to be a grange type building as there is a window to serve meals through as well as a room for meetings. There is also a section of road that appears to be in the vicinity of Shady Cove. The river (assuming it to be the Rogue) is also shown.
4) This clip appears to be held in the office of the county commissioners as it shows Henry Padgham Jr as Commissioner. There are Cub scouts from Talent pack 110 meeting with the commissioner.
