Old rooming house, Front and W. Main, owner and resident in 1974 was Ellis Beeson, pioneer Beeson descendant, who said that A. P. Talent built the house in 1898. Mr. and Mrs. Beeson ran it as boarding house, formerly run by Mr. and Mrs. Orville Works
