Chauncey M. Brewer House

Two-story wood frame rectangular with one-story ell portion in rear; one-story enclosed sun porch on east side; attached garage, symmetrical plan, five bays wide with central door; classical columns support pedimented portico and are positioned along sunporch; classical details also in cornice under gable roof.
