D. A. Thierolf House (second house)

907 s. Oakdale - The Thierolf House designed by Frank Clark was built by contractor W. D. Peckham in 1936 for the owner of Big Pines Lumber Company. It is a story and a half, frame, Colonial style dwelling. This is the second Thierolf home designed by Clark --a smaller home is on Minnesota. The second home was not included in the 1982 Kay Atwood inventory, however, a walking tour of historic homes put together by Kay Atwood does list this home as a Frank Clark. In addition, the national register nomination for the South Oakdale Historic District lists it as a Frank Clark.
