Delroy Getchell House

Two-story wood frame with narrow horizontal clapboard siding; main block rectangular in shape; gable roof with gable dormer above central main entrance; classical detailing in eaves; slightly recessed entry with fluted columns; fan light and side lights frame main entrance; raised brick porch across main facade; storage building and garage in rear; set back from street approximately 25 feet and surrounded by spacious lawn with ornamental shrubs.
