Dealers in General Merchandise, Dry Goods, Clothing, Boots, Shoes, Crockery, Hardware, Farming Implements, Groceries and Lime, Cor. Willamette & Ninth Sts. Eugene, Oregon." Contains field survey notes for the stated townships and range. In pencil it states; "Jesse Applegate left from the field on Sep 11, 1870 due to poor health & Dean W. Applegate & M.L. McCall to finish the contract" Lined paper pages, numbered up to page 97 by hand. Brown ink and pencil used in the book.
